This is one of our best selling items. SAVE TIME: This product will triple
the life of your product so you will not need to make the product as often.
SAVE YOUR MEAT: Over a period of a few days, bacteria grows on meat and causes it to blacken.  Once meat blackens it can no longer be eaten safely.  This product does nothing for blackened meat. "Bloom" is a pure food preservative which slows the process of bacteria growth on meat. SAVE YOUR MONEY: "Bloom" prevents bleeding (leakage) from the casing so you will not lose the weight of your product or the profit.
 

Pack Size

For example, if you make 100 lbs. of sausage, you will sell 105 lbs.
Each 1 lb. bag of "Bloom" is mixed with 2 quarts water to make a solution that can be used for 100 lbs. of meat.
1 quart of water = 2 lbs. + 1 lb. of "Bloom" = 5 lbs.
Add that to your 100 lbs. of meat and you have 105 lbs. to sell.

While this product is most commonly used for chopped meat and sausage,
you can also use it on any form of meat including large chunks of meat such as steaks and chickens etc...  For this purpose you simply combine 1 bag of "Bloom" with 5 quarts of water and you can dip, soak or even spray the product to extend the shelf life.
The active ingredient in "Bloom" is the same ingredient used in salads and many popular soft drinks.
Sold by the case which contains (12) 1 lb. bags.
Each bag is good for 100 lbs. of meat.
